Seamless Tube
The seamless tube SS 904L is a tube made from 904L Grade stainless steel with no seams. The seamless tube is ideally a solid metal tube with a different tube connected to each end without any welding connection.
In SS 904L's manufacturing process, massive steel billets are heated to the temperature of forming and formed into shells. SS 904L shells will then be rolling into a mother tube / hollow via a mandrel at the pushbank.
The seamless SS 904L tube has increased pressure resistance. The most vulnerable point is the welded seam during a welded steel pipe. But as it is not welded, a seamless steel pipe has no seam, and is just as powerful around the entire circuit of the pipe.
