MS Seamless Pipe

As the name suggests, a seamless pipe or weld-joint is a seamless pipe, unlike a Seam or weld-joint pipe. Seam or soldered pipe is the weakest part of the tube which limits the pipe's strength to the strength of the weld-joint. The seamless pipe is shaped by the drawing on a penetrating rod of a solid billet, forming the hollow shell.

Since there is no weld, seamless pipes are considered stronger and more efficient in the manufacturing process. Seamless pipe is made by a process which heated and molds a solid cylindrical billet and then rolls it up and down. As the core is irregularly shaped, the middle of a bicycle is driven by a bullet shaped piercer point
