SS Seamless Pipe

SS 904 L seamless pipe, as the name suggests, is a pipe without a seam or a weld-joint made in stainless steel 904L grade. SS 904 L seamless pipe is made from a solid round steel 'billet'. The billet is heated and pushed or pulled over a form until the steel is shaped into a hollow pipe.

SS 904 L seamless pipe is made of 904L grade which is a low carbon high alloy austenitic stainless steel.

SS 904 L seamless pipe has a high resistance to pitting in chloride solutions, a high resistance to both crevice and stress corrosion cracking. SS 904 L seamless pipes are far better than other austenitic stainless steels due to the higher percentage of nickel and molybdenum.
