Seamless Tube
SS 304 seamless tube is a tube made of stainless steel 304 grade which does not have any welding seam. The seamless tube will ideally be a solid metal tube with each end connected to a different tube without having any welding joint.
In the production process of SS 304 seamless tube massive steel billets are heated to the forming temperature and formed into shells.
SS 304 seamless tube is having increased ability to withstand pressure. The weakest point during a welded steel pipe is that the welded seam. But because a seamless steel pipe has not been welded, it doesn't have that seam, making it equally strong round the entire circumference of the pipe.
